This has only a terse amount of instructions. If you are new to the liturgy, you will not find enough help to make saying Mass possible.
Around 1916, Archbishops Wedgwood (England) and Leadbeater (Australia) collaborated on what would become the Liberal Catholic Church. This PDF is quite close to their original Mass. Over the past hundred years, various synods and schisms resulted in changes to the original.
This document is close to the original, but it is not exact. It was modified slightly by Bishop Wynn Wagner for use at St Mychal Judge Church in Dallas Texas.
